Terms and Conditions – ILMUNC Dubai 2026
By registering, all delegates, advisors, schools, and participants in all capacities hereby agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions set forth by ILMUNC Dubai 2026, hosted atCanadian University Dubai. The following Terms and Conditions describe the fees, deadlines, policies, and disclaimers of ILMUNC Dubai, among other items.
Eligibility
Delegate Eligibility
Registered delegates participating in ILMUNC Dubai 2026 must be students currently enrolled in Grades 8 through 12 at the time of the conference.
The ILMUNC Dubai Secretariat reserves the right to investigate the eligibility of any delegate and to expel, without furnishing any cause or refund, an individual determined to be ineligible for participation.
All delegates must submit a signed liability waiver provided by ILMUNC Dubai in order to participate in the conference.
Delegates who do not meet these requirements may not attend the conference.
International delegates are responsible for securing their own visas, if necessary. Where applicable, ILMUNC Dubai will provide visa invitation letters upon request.
If a student is found to be ineligible for the conference or engages in behavior deemed disruptive or detrimental to the conference, they will be dismissed without refund.
Delegation and Advisor Eligibility
Delegations are responsible for securing their own travel and accommodation arrangements. ILMUNC Dubai does not provide housing accommodations.
Advisors must submit signed liability forms for their delegates and a completed Advisor Agreement, both provided by ILMUNC Dubai, in order to participate.
If a delegation, delegate, or advisor is found to be disruptive, destructive, or harmful to others, they may be dismissed immediately without refund and may be prohibited from attending future ILMUNC conferences.
Conference Conduct
General Standards
By attending ILMUNC Dubai 2026, all delegates, advisors, and delegations agree to abide by the standards of conduct outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
ILMUNC Dubai reserves the right to define unacceptable behaviour and to take appropriate disciplinary action, including dismissal without refund, against any delegate, advisor, or delegation.
ILMUNC Dubai andCanadian University Dubai are not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, harm, or infection that may occur during the conference. Advisors assume full responsibility for themselves and the delegates under their supervision.
ILMUNC Dubai enforces a strict environment of mutual respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or intimidation of any form will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion and further consequences.
Delegates and advisors are responsible for ensuring full attendance at conference sessions. Attendance may factor into award considerations.
There is a strict prohibition on the consumption or possession of alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or other controlled substances during the conference. Violations will result in immediate expulsion.
Delegates experiencing fever, illness, or other symptoms must not attend committee sessions. Such absences will be taken into account during award considerations.
ILMUNC Dubai reserves the right to conduct health screenings if deemed necessary for participant safety.
Delegate Conduct
Delegates must adhere to all conduct standards outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Violations may impact award eligibility and future participation.
Western business attire is mandatory for all committee sessions. Non-compliance may result in removal from committee until appropriate attire is worn.
ILMUNC Dubai may photograph or record conference activities. By attending, you grant ILMUNC Dubai the permanent, royalty-free right to use images and recordings for educational, informational, and promotional purposes.
You waive the right to inspect or approve any final media materials and acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for their use.
Academic Integrity and Technology Policy
ILMUNC Dubai maintains a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism and the unethical use of AI tools, including but not limited to ChatGPT. Delegates found violating this policy may be disqualified from awards and/or expelled without refund.
Electronic devices may only be used during unmoderated caucuses, at the discretion of committee chairs. Misuse may result in penalties as determined by the Secretariat.
Registration, Deadlines, and Schedules
Registration Policies
All delegations must register through the official ILMUNC Dubai registration portal.
Registrations are processed on a rolling basis until capacity is reached.
Placements will not be held for delegations that have not completed payment.
Delegations not immediately accepted may be placed on a waitlist and notified if spots become available.
Failure to meet deadlines or fee requirements may result in late fees or loss of participation.

Applications out - Assistant Director: 20th February 2026

Fees
Priority Deadline Fee - INR TBD
Regular Deadline Fee - INR TBD
Failure to complete payment will result in ineligibility to attend the conference. Country and committee preferences will be considered in the order in which payment is received.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted via email to the ILMUNC Dubai Secretariat.
Refund timelines and percentages will be governed by the official refund schedule published by ILMUNC Dubai.
100% refund – If cancellation is informed before the regular deadline of the conference
50% refund – If informed 30 days prior
No refund – If informed within 30 days of the conference or during the event
Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be supported with valid documentation.
Schedule Changes
ILMUNC Dubai reserves the right to modify the conference schedule as necessary.
Exceptions and Violations
Only the Secretary-General and designated senior Secretariat members may grant exceptions or extensions to conference policies.
Violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in revocation of assigned seats, expulsion without refund, and prohibition from future ILMUNC conferences.
